2. Products and Pricing

We strive to display our products and their colors as accurately as possible. However, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor. All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

3. Condition of Refurbished Devices

Our refurbished devices undergo rigorous testing and grading. We clearly state the cosmetic condition (e.g., Pristine, Excellent, Good) on the product page. Battery health is guaranteed to be at least 85% capacity unless stated otherwise.

4. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

All refurbished and open-box phones come with a standard 12-month warranty covering hardware defects. This does not cover accidental damage, water damage, or unauthorized repairs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MobBoxed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or site.
